Eruption Brewing’s latest drop - a British style Imperial Stout with hints of velvety red wine, comforting oakyness and smooth Bourbon notes, demanded to be paired with an equally big and bold look.

As a kid of the 90s, needless to say this was a brief I had a lot of fun with.
